Family Memorial Day Camping Trip at World's
End State Park. Campout dates are

23rd through Monday, May 28th, 2012.
I'll be doing the food planning and will be handling the kitchen. I'll entertain any suggestions for changes or additions to the menu.
The chart below shows each family, the schedule I'm currently assuming, and the number of people. It also shows the amount you owe for food. I counted adults as one and kids under twelve as half, and didn't count babies under 3. Blue shading indicates that payment has been received. Green shading indicates that you've confirmed when you will be at camp.
The table below shows the meals you are planning on eating at camp, the food cost, site cost, total, amount paid to date and amount remaining. You'll need to scroll to the right to see some of the columns. If you've overpaid I'll refund at camp. If you've underpaid then you do the dishes the entire weekend. Payments due by May 10th
Tee Shirt costs are included in the chart below. You do NOT need to order a tee-shirt if you don't want to. We need your tee-shirt order by March 25th in order to have the shirts in time.
Note: I've entered a site charge of $116 for each family. Once we are certain of who is attending, I'll adjust the charges for shared sites and for the sites that cost less than $116. Patience: The table below takes a long time to load. This table is not yet updated for 2012 site costs.
Our site assignment strategy is shown below the chart. I've moved some folks around to try to accommodate families with small children to be closer to the restrooms. The chart above shows the site you've been assigned to and the cost. In some cases you need to pay for extra nights just to reserve the site. While we can change the reservations once we are more sure of people's schedules, there is a $10 fee to change the reservations.
Because we are required to have each site in a different name, we just use any name for any site in doing the reservations. The name on the site reservation is different from the people who will actually be using the site in most cases. They haven't checked this in the past, so its not an issue.
Site assignments are based on equipment. Mark, John, Brian and Patty are planning to use their popups with electric and were assigned these sites.

Shirt cost is $13 per shirt. You don't need to order a shirt but you do need inform us of your choice by March 25th.
